A significant part of that foundation is language technology. We build and fine-tune language models — AI systems trained to read and generate human language — to turn unstructured text (employee comments, customer reviews, open-ended survey responses) into structured insight. Where real data is too limited, too sensitive, or too slow to collect, we generate synthetic data instead: artificial datasets engineered to mirror the statistical patterns of the real thing, so a model can still be built and tested without waiting on data collection. It's the same rigor that powers our sports work, aimed at a different kind of dataset.
